A Password Manager is a software application that assists in generating and retrieving complex passwords and storing these passwords in an encrypted database. An example of a password manager would be 1Password, Keeper, or BitWarden, highly recommended by security professionals. Many are free for individual or personal use.

SMB’s generally lack resources to properly secure systems, fail to train employees on cybersecurity hygiene, and sometimes lack proper security tools.
